'Workout of the day'
A training program based around the CrossFit methodology to increase fitness, health and enjoyment. The program is varied, not random, and is comprehensive to build the 10 general physical skills. This class, like weightlifting and gymnastics, is fully coached to allow you to keep getting better.
Each session is aimed at building technical proficiency, strength and ability in weightlifting and the Olympic lifts. These skills can then be utilised in the CrossFit training program.
Specific time to be coached on the progressions, skill and movement patterns involved in the gymnastics elements of CrossFit including work with bodyweight, bars, rings and upside-down.
We have various times during the day where members can book in and attend un-coached time periods to work on specific skills or get a little bit more training in for the day.
We offer a hybrid membership which includes 4 PT sessions a month and an unlimited membership. This can be purchased through Team Up.
We also offer single PT sessions and blocks to work on specific goals or skills. Please get in touch with us for more information about these.
Ages 5 - 12 class: fun, games-based sessions that introduce kids to the movements in CrossFit.
Classes follow a great programme that helps kids learn new skills, make friends, build self-esteem and build strength and fitness that will transfer across to other sports and activities.

RAW Kids Gymnastics provides preschool gymnastics classes throughout the week for ages 18 months to 7 years! It is a fun, engaging class that will develop your child's physical, cognitive and social skills whilst teaching them all the basic fundamentals of movement.

New to CrossFit? We run a 2 hour one off session that introduces you to the common movements and what you would expect to see in classes. The sessions will be run in small groups. Get in touch with us if you wish to find out when the next course is or get one organised.
